Eric brings over 20 years of real estate experience with residential, income property, commercial, property management, new construction and remodeling. A member of The Ann Arbor Area Board or Realtors, National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, National Association of Realtors, and a licensed Residential Builder, Eric is broadly and uniquely knowledgeable. He enjoys helping buyers and sellers with their specific interests and needs. A native of Ann Arbor, Eric holds a degree from Ferris State University. He and his wife Kathy live in Scio Township with their chocolate lab Cooper. Eric has coached baseball, basketball and football. He runs marathons, enjoys travel, boating, hiking, photography, camping and numerous sports.

Spencer joined Walz Realty (formerly the Buyer's Broker, LLC) in 2019 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Public Health. A third generation Realtor, Spencer integrates over to ten years of experience in residential rehab/construction with a familiarity of Southeast Michigan properties and communities. He realizes the importance of building rapport during the home-buying process and takes pride in assisting clientele make smart real estate decisions. Spencer lives in Dexter with his wife Emma and daughter Maggie. He enjoys travel, hiking, sports, and has a passion for mental health advocacy within the community.

As a licensed attorney with a wide range of experience, Tom has the talent and skill to guide you through the process of buying or selling your home. He earned his real estate salesperson license while working as a full-time lawyer, and soon began moonlighting as a realtor on nights and weekends to gain traction in the industry. Before long, he realized that he was happiest on those nights and weekends, helping people through one of the most exciting, and admittedly frightening, steps of their lives! Tom is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Although he is a strong believer that kindness is always the first and best strategy, he is ready and willing to fight for you. He has plenty of experience going toe-to-toe when necessary, and will do everything in his power to protect your best interests. In his spare time, Tom loves training for running events with his wife, playing board games with friends, and listening to comedy podcasts.
